This morning from pizza the night before Nduja deluxe pizza from aldi kings heath Birmingham england The pizza smelled off, but with it being sour dough and italian sausage It didnt seem like the bad kind of off and more like fermented sausage. Had just 24 hours left to go on use by date but I thought that was due to fresh ingredients, not old age of the product. Bowels began to purge while I was shopping this morning and has continued for seven hours thus far. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
