Chicken Sandwich Illness Report - Aldi, Nottingham England

Symptoms began on Monday afternoon after purchasing a chicken and sweetcorn sandwich on the 24th September. I had a fever of 39C , chills and a complete loss of appetite and then on the Tuesday after began severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Writing this two days after symptoms first started and I still have a temperature and diarrhoea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Loss of Appetite
