I purchased lettuce from here yesterday afternoon, we and our children ate lettuce with steamed rice in the evening, and it turns out that some three hours later that all of my three children are vomiting due to food poisoning. The children did not have anything else that might have caused the vomiting. | Symptoms: Vomiting
