Frozen mixed berries, I got sick, I only ate it, I let it defrost naturally, I usually microwave it and let it cool. Iv had cramps, vomiting, headache, temperature of 38.7 for 1st day. 37 second day. I am weak and dehydrated, unable to sleep with rigors. I am still unable to work 3 days later. Thankfully my husband or kids didn't eat it. 30th Jan 2021 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Headache, Weakness
