- comments: observed stained/damaged ceiling tiles in restroom. Must repair/replace. Must maintain same.

- comments: observed previously issued core violations not corrected from report #2222421, dated 9/18/18. Must correct the following core violations: #51 5-205. 15(b): observed slow drain at handwash sink in toilet room. Must repair. #55 6-201. 16(a): must detail exhaust ventilation fan cover in the toilet room. (ventilation currently not working. Must repair). 6-501. 11: observed peeling paint on the ceiling. Must remove and provide a smooth easily cleanable surface.
