Cockroach infestation. The facility was visited May 10 because of a complaint that someone found a wire in their burrito, and was briefly closed that day because of an overflowing grease interceptor. The inspector also saw one live and one dead cockroach. During a follow-up two days later, the inspector found four live roaches under the prep sink and ordered the restaurant to close.
