I ate a double double from a food truck that was catering Amazon Fulfillment
Center in San Bernardino on 11/14/2016 for our Thanksgiving dinner. They served it at 10:30 and I ate it immediately after. I started becoming dehydrated at 12:30, started shivering with indigestion at 1:30 and diarrhea came at 2:20. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
