AA280 flight from Seoul to DFW July 16th. In flight food, only thing eaten that day. Directly upon landing diarrhea (13 times) vomiting (3 times). Visualninspectuon of vomit indicated in flight food. Symptoms persisted for 18 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
