Flew business class from Heathrow to Miami on AA39 on 6 March 2024. Ate only at their lounge where my husband and I had the same thing. He and I ate different meals onboard - I had chicken meal and then orzo as light snack. Arrived not feeling well at our Miami hotel. Had no meal. Went to bed.
