Inflight Meal Causes Illness - American Airlines, Narita Chiba

During the flight after eating two meals i begin to have stomach aches..,after getting home the pain got worse. For two days i cant work because i cant leave my house because i have diarrhea... as i write this report im still suffering..
. I ate food on the airplane, flight AA60 going to DFW | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
