Yesterday on an American Airlines flight from Dublin to Dallas Not sure what food Fever is another symptom. Two people in the traveling group of 4 have the symptoms which started at the same time so they didn't give one another a bug. | Symptoms: Fever, Other, Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: You can get food poisoning from airline food. Diarrhea and vomiting are the most commonly reported symptoms & norovirus is the most commonly reported diagnosis. The risk of bacteria can be greater with airline food due to the lag time between when the food is prepared and when it’s served.
