Birria Tacos Suspected Illness - Anaheim, Anaheim California

I was fine l week and on the last day upon returning to my hotel for the night I had horrible diarrhea multiple times and woke up at 7am and began violently vomiting. Me and my fiance ate all the same foods at Disneyland that day except the tacos in DCA so im not sure if the Birria tacos are the culprit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
