Today Annies Mac and cheese Ate a box of Annie’s and nothing else today. Did not use any milk, only my filtered water to mix in the powder cheese sauce. I ate a large bowl, my husband only ate a few bites and stopped because he said it wasn’t sitting right. 2 hours later I became glued to the toilet doubled over in pain with diarrhea that turned bloody and the worst stomach cramps I have ever experienced!
