Ate a salad at Applebee's on 1/30/2017 I have not eaten anything since. Extremely sick with diarrhea, nausea and the shakes. I have been home sick all day on 1/31/2017. I will see my family physician on 2/1/2017 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
