went to Applebee around 2pm Saturday 2/27. By 9pm that evening started with diarrhea, nausea. Got worse during the night and the next day - sunday. Sill ill Monday, went to er .. not able to catch breath.. passed out at er.. given iv. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
