Three of us went to Applebees on Monday, April 8th around 5:30. We ordered Chicken Parmesan and Clubhouse grill. We all suddenly felt nausea about 24 hours we ate there. My daughter vomited all over her bed, and she began vomiting violently throughout the night. She vomited about 6 hours following with diarrhea. My husband also vomited violently for hours. I was also nausea and vomited. We also had fever and chills. We were miserably sick for two whole days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
