Went to Applebees for lunch with a friend Saturday around 330-4pm. Monday night was beyond sick. It's now Thursday and today, I was finally able to eat 4 crackers. Worst pain ever and second time getting it. (Got it years ago from a place in netcong nj) Had to leave work early Tuesday and call out Wednesday. Went back today and still sick to the smell of any food. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
