On February 24th I was at applebee's in streetsboro at noon i ordered a ceaser salad with grilled chicken my daughter had a side salad no chicken 3 hours later i became violently I'll throwing up and diarrhea with chills, it lasted about 6 hours, I called and spoke to the manager that evening and she said thanks for letting her know, no I'm sorry or an apology whatsoever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
