I ate at applesbees on the 5th of may by the 9th i has extreme abdominal pain which was originally thought to be from a period the pain got worse and worse each day so i went to the hospital and it was revealed that i had a salmonella infection | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Seems odd to me that it took 4 days for salmonella symptoms to show up. Sounds like you probably got your problem somewhere else.
