I had a salad here at dinner and at 3am in the morning I woke up vomiting and my head is still pounding., Had to be that salad. I didn’t eat really anything else all day or after I went here I had a salad at about 5pm and nothing else and at 3 am in the morning I was so sick vomiting | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache
