Celiac Reaction After Meal - Applebee's, Sonora California

I am celiacs. Hour later I had an attack of bile and diarrhea. I took the croutons off the salad I did not eat them. 9 hours later I eat the other half of my meal. No salad of course and no wheat. Hour later around 11pm I got diarrhea again I hour after main meal and 1 hour after the left overs I eat later that night. Has to be flour or if not flour than what made me sick twice?? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Bile
