Severe Migraine, Vomiting Post-Meal - Applebee's, Montclair California

I ate at the Applebee’s and the food was relatively good, when I get home I have a migrane and that’s about it and then the next day comes. I wake up at 5am with the worst stomach pain and headache feeling like someone stabbed me in the stomach note, this was the last food that I ate for the day. I have been drinking water and then threw up, my throw up as about the same color as the food. i lay back down for a few hours after, get up to throw up again but instead i was throwing up water and the food too, one of the worst pains I have had in a while, and I don’t get sick very often. It’s been about maybe 14-18 hours since my last meal and when I did eat I end up throwing up those foods. I am going to a consult a doctor and maybe get some medical treatment to help me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
