Arby's
I don't eat fast food so I thought eating Arby's would be like basically eating a sandwich but was I wrong smh now I have lower back pain slightly nauseous and diarrhea I don't know what to put in that maybe MSG but I will never eat it against ever. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
