I decided to eat health so I made my own salad from scratch using arugula spinish mix and romaine. Was fine the first 2 Days but on the third day around 11 AM I had runny diarrhea, and vomited after eating breakfast. It's now 8:25. I have an uneasy feeling in my stomach that won't pass and on my lower left back side. When I drink water it runs through me or I vomit it up. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
