I bought a chicken chow mein from the ready meal section. Came home and heated it up in the microwave as per the instructions on the packaging. After 1 hour I felt poorly and had a really bad stomach ache, then I started vomiting and continued for about 3 hours. After that I felt nausea for several hours | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
