Chicken Tikka Slice Illness - Asda, England

Not sure but I had constant diarea and vomiting as the remains of the slice were the only things coming up. I was also in alot of pain an discomfort as a result of this. I bought 2x4 chicken tikka slices. One pack of 2 is still in my fridge. It happened Yesterday from their chicken slice, | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea
