Tuesday 2nd August 2022, Chicken and jalapeño sandwich spread from here. I know it was from here as that was the only food eaten on the Tuesday, was taken Ill approximately 12 hours from eating the product. I have not eaten and now it’s Friday 5th August, I feel so poorly no energy weight loss feeling like I’m dead | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
