I ate a doughnut I'm 13 and emetophobic and i had severe stomach pain and then I couldn't sleep and then I woke at 3 o clock feeling nauseous and stabbing pain, I had a panic attack that I was going to throw up but then I did and felt better, it was the doughnut and this happened a few months ago but I still want ro warn people. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
