Today i ate pad thai at around 1pm - the first thing I ate all day. Woke up feeling great before. Food tasted good, but at about 3pm i began having stomach pains. By 4 i had thrown up about 10 times in the streets. Finally made it back to the hotel and threw up about 15 more times, then had extreme explosive diarrhea. I have never been so sick in my entire life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
