In-Flight Chicken Illness - Asiana Airlines, Incheon

Ate some kind of chicken based "Ssam-bap" on a flight from Incheon(ICN) to Los Angeles(LAX) as the first meal served within an hour into the flight. 2~3 hours in, started getting terrible stomachaches along with diarrhea and nausea from both motion of the airplane and smell of foods. Terrible experience. Avoid any chicken dishes from Asiana if you do not want to be stuck on a plane feeling like death. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
