A couple of hours after eating dinner on Monday 16/09 cramping and pain in the stomach then proceeded to vomit and have diarrhoea until 5.30am on 17/09. Couldn't tolerate any water the day after as just threw up straight after vomited bile (yellow and greenish fluid) until Tuesday 17/09 evening. Finally went to sleep and awoke Wednesday, managed to finally drink. Still recovering from my ordeal back at home | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Bile
