All members of my family (myself, my husband, and three children) experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach pain after eating the pepperoni pretzel. The illness occurred on two separate occasions, the first time with my children, and later with me and my husband after we also ate the pretzel. My daughter required an ER visit due to constant vomiting. We suspect the illness was caused by the pepperoni pretzel, as it was the only food item we all had in common before symptoms began.
