Suspected source: Not entirely sure, but it could've been the chicken dishes my husband and I ate at Azul Tequila on the Bentonville square.
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Sick: 2 people
Additional information: My two toddlers went with us to Azul Tequila but did not eat anything, they have no symptoms as of yet. Only my husband and I ate there. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
