On Sunday May 19, 2024 about 6pm I went to Wendy’s on Warwick avenue in Newport News by fort Eustis army base and ordered a baconador combo with pineapple mango lemonade and nuggets. I ate my food when I got home, it was later on in the night around 3-4am I woke with stomach pains diarrhea and nausea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
