I ordered the Arroz Con Pollo. The staff seemed stressed and the food looked different from normal but tasted fine. On the drive home my stomach started gurgling and I felt nauseous and had stomach cramps all evening. The next day (today at time of post) fever staying around 102°f and I can not keep even water down for longer than 10 mins. Severe vomiting and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps
