Ordered Baja burrito with chicken topped with various salsas, cilantro and lime. About an hour later stomach pain began. Spent the night vomiting, passing soft stools and very painful abdominal cramping . Day 2 the vomiting and painful cramping is continuing. I have vomited to the point of nothing coming out leading to a nosebleed and burst eye vessel from the pressure. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
