I ate aVeggie burrito at noon on Sept 28th2019. Woke up with nausea, extreme headache, burning fever and blood in diarrhea, this started 15 hours later.The burrito was the only thing I had eaten all day. I thought I was going to die! It's 30 hrs later. I still have pain in my head, weakness, vertigo, nausea, soft stool. I'm able to now keep down some crackers. But, I'm still sick, very weak. I'm taking small sips of hot tea. I think this is going to last more than a day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Bloody Stool, Headache, Weakness
