Tested positive for 2 different bacterial infections including H. Pylori AND Shigella after eating here. 3 weeks in, on 5 antibiotics and still fighting symptoms. Due to Shigella test, was contacted by the Board of Health because its such a serious infection it has to be reported by the government when you test positive. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
