The following were observed as evidence of this during an inspection:

1. Rodent droppings were present throughout the premises. Rodent droppings were noted near open foods, around food contact materials, and in areas where food was prepared and served.

2. There were gaps evident in the premises enabling pests access to the cavity walls and attic space. There was a gap at the base of the delivery door.
