Ihad about a cup each. Within 20 minutes I was getting bad cramps, I thought it was hurtful gas. Then it kept getting worse. Got dizzy real fast. Then that almost made me pass out. Waves of toxic dizziness. Then nausea, weird waves of concerning head rushes. Face flush. Hot flashes, then vomiting. Drank half gallon of water and thought I should induce more vomiting. I could not. Now medium lower cramps. Laying down waiting for...? Diarrhea? | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps, Dizziness, Gas
