Had lobster Cobb salad on Sunday 9-20-19. Began vomiting approximately 2 hours later. Continues vomiting until early am hours, approx 1am. Developed chills and fever. Vomiting stopped but nausea continued . Today is Tues 10-1-19 Vomiting under control but stomach is still queasy and I have bouts of nausea. Going to try to work but unsure if I will be able to complete the day. Still feel very weak and shaky | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Shaking, Chills, Fever
