I had chicken tacos that also had dairy. Not sure which is was that poisoned me but it was all I ate and a substantial amount to keep me full for the day so there’s definitely food poisoning somewhere. I also had stomach cramps that caused the vomiting and diarrhea and cause extreme dehydration | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Cramps, Dehydration
