Today. I ate 3 Belvita biscuits and muscle mouth and went tingly numb and I threw up almost passed out. No energy. Felt terrible. Something I Belvita breakfast biscuits. Allergy reaction No. It was at a food bank. My husband ate one of the cookies. He's fine. I've never eaten them before. My mouth was so numb and my nose. And my nose kept itching running though in a whole. Outside of my face, my left arm, I Apollo was quint. I have A. Attack or something. They're very disoriented at times itching. Burnie, like a muskin. I'm better now. Still not up to total part. I met almost all the side effects plus a few others that had just mentioned. I won't talk text so I hope this comes out. Clearly.The fire pantry has been very good to many chimney in this area, as well as myself.Evidently I'm just allergic to something that's in that particular. Brand of food. I am going to see an allergist Doctor so I can find out which ingredient that is in the cookie fiber bars. So that I make sure I don't get.
