Admittedly I had not eaten much that day but I am not lactose intolerant and have done this before with no consequence. I ate half a tub of Ben and jerries cookie dough which I had brought last week and then went to sleep, in the morning I woke up and felt extremely nauseous. I assumed it was a menstrual thing until I threw up as these were very different from my usual symptoms and I have almost never thrown up outside of drinking before. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
