Second incident of getting severely sick I went to complain about it the owner laughed in my face and called me a liar then pulled a knife on me then proceeded to call police and I was there just to make a very stern complaint I was given food poisoning and then disrespected and assaulted with a knife then he called police on me omg this place is racist and disgusting | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

Pulling a knife is not assault, it's a threat to you or a defence from you.
Press charges and get his a$$ deported. In their country they use bare fingers to clean their a$$hole after they $hit. They use a shared bar of soap in the back, but it’s never replaced. So, that means, just like back in his old country, he’s just giving those fingers a quick rinse. Seriously, press charges.
