Took my wife to Beverly's for our anniversary. I ordered the chicken and almost immediately became ill. I assumed it was just a coincidence since this is the most expensive, high-end restaurant in town, and I assumed I was just coming down with the flu so I told my wife we needed to get out of there. I had them box the food and I took it home with me. I was sick most of the night throwing up, but not as bad as it could have been. By morning I was feeling perfectly fine and was back to myself. I decided to eat the amazing looking and expensive meal I had brought home and somewhat scarfed it down. I then became very sick and realized my mistake. It was clearly the food! I could not believe food from such a high-end restaurant could give me food poisoning. I have not been back since and have no plans to ever go back. The view of the lake is amazing in this restaurant and it wins hands-down for ambiance, but there is nothing more important than the food and in this they totally failed! No view is worth food poisoning! | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
