4/3/24 had a Big Mac for dinner last night, thought nothing of it. Devoured that thing. It was someone else's order, too, but I was so hungry at that point it didn't matter. It was food. Woke up this morning to a bad taste in my mouth, diarrhea, vomiting, the whole nine yards. Had to call in to work. My mouth tastes like regret. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
