I also had the Bitchin Chipotle Sauce from a Costco in Anaheim Hills and am now experiencing the worst stomach pain. I almost went to the emergency room.
My husband is experiencing this from (I believe) Costco Chipotle Bitchen’ sauce right now. It’s the only new thing he has eaten and luckily for me, I ate the older Bitchen sauce that night while he tapped into the newest one from Costco. I absolutely thought this was the culprit and found this site. I’ve never in 8 years seen my husband come home early from work and head straight to bed. Other than this sauce he’s been eating the same things at home all week, we both have. 🤔 Costco located in Irvine for reference.
