Additional information: I went to blaze pizza Friday Dec 13, 2024. I ordered take out with my brother and around 1 am, we both would not stop throwing up and having diarrhea. Blaze pizza was the only thing we both ate that day so we deduced the poising to be linked to Blaze Pizza | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
