I was in the car so I tried to sleep, but then, another hour after that, I started throwing up and threw up for about an hour/hour and a half on and off. Once I threw up all of the pizza I felt completely fine, so I’m pretty confident it was food poisoning. When I was eating the pizza, I remember thinking it was weird that the meat was a bit cold because I just picked the pizzas up but I figured the food was just cooling down a little. Also, three other people ate on this occasion and I was the only one to get sick. Product was distributed... See More to Ohio, and California through retail and wholesale outlets. This is an ongoing outbreak, and a number of illness have been reported throughout the United States, and Canada.
Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis, and arthritis.
Product was in boxes with a “wood-like” cardboard cartons with the Label “Malichita / Z Farms. The Price Lookup Sticker on the individual fruit is labeled “Malichita”.
The company has ceased sales and distribution of the product as FDA and the company continue their investigation as to what caused the problem. Information on what consumers should do with the product and where they can get additional information. Consumers who have purchased "Malichita / Z Farms" Brand Cantaloupes are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Grandy Organics of Hiram, Maine is voluntarily recalling Gluten Free Honey... See More Oat Granola with lot code 231017-03459-1 because it may contain undeclared Coconut. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction should they consume this product. The affected lot of Gluten Free Honey Oat Granola was distributed to FL, to a food service distributor, to a food processor in California, and direct to individual consumers in Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and New York. No allergic reactions related to this matter have been reported to date.
This product was packed in 25lb cases containing (2) 12.5lbs bags with a UPC of 648960034590. This product was also packed in 3lb bags and sent direct to consumers.
After conducting a thorough tracing exercise, Grandy Organics discovered that the product potentially containing trace levels of coconut was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of coconut.
If consumers have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut, they should not consume the product.
